1. 我有一習慣，每星期必步行一次溫哥華 Stanley Park，大約2.5小時，本週同平常一樣，圍繞公園行走，當行到一半時，因為風太大，海邊封路，有很多人往回走，有小部分人向上爬，計劃繞山路通過封路的部分，我選擇向山上行，當我行不到5分鐘，變態控機賤人突然遙控電子武器攻擊我心臟和雙腿，令我呼吸困難，當我猛烈吸氣時，感覺有如缺氧般頭暈，雙腿痠疼難忍，當時以為自己快暈倒，只好停一停，休息一下，在沒有退路的情況下，只能繼續前行，好在最後爬上行車路，在平路中找到出口，安全回家。
回家後，全身痠疼難忍，據說是當我行山時，變態控機賤人將我同多人併身體，增加我身體負擔，因併身體人數太多，致多位併身體者韌帶撕裂，所以有全身痠疼的感覺，當併身體者全部分開後，感覺舒暢。此事提醒我自己，切不可高估自己的體力，很多時，意外就是意料之外，安全第一。
2. 本週中期回港，處理一些私人事務，或明年再見溫哥華。
Mind Control Space News this week (October 10 to 16, 2026)
1. I have a habit of walking through Stanley Park in Vancouver every week, for about 2.5 hours. This week, I did the same, walking around the park. About halfway through, the seawall was closed due to strong winds. Many people turned back, while a small group climbd uphill, planning to use a detour through the closed seawall. I chose to go uphill. Less than five minutes later, the metamorphosis mind controller suddenly remotely attacked my heart and legs with electronic weapons, causing difficulty breathing. When I gasped for air, I felt dizzy as if I were suffocating, and my legs ached unbearably. I thought I was about to faint, in that moment, I had to stop and rest. With no way back, I keeping continue. Fortunately, I eventually reached the road and found an exit on flat ground, safely returning home.
After back home, my whole body ached terribly. Apparently, while I was hiking, the metamorphosis mind controller mapping my body with several other perps, increasing the strain on my body. Because of the large number of perps mapping together, several of them tore ligaments, causing the aches and pains. After separated the mapping, I felt much better, but the pains were tortured me almost 12 hours This incident reminds me never to overestimate my physical abilities. Accidents often happen unexpectedly, be safety first.
2. I'll be returning to Hong Kong this mid-week to handle some personal matters, perhaps I'll see Vancouver again next year.
