1. 本週星期日(6號)，帶疑似家父到西區警署採指紋，警方用掃描方法處理了，現在等待警方答覆中。
我們懷疑家父是複製人，但是否他本人的複製人或是他人的複製人？就不得而知。根據統計，香港最少超過三份之一是複製人，在不知不覺的換走人類，就算家庭成員都未必知道。歸根究底，一切都來自疫情大流行，政府大規模蒐集市民DNA的後遺症. 故此無論找警方和政府核對指紋都被諸多留難，有明顯官官相護的情況。作為苦者的我，也實屬無辜也無奈。我們是賤人針對的目標，每行一步都必須奉公守法，以免成為被賤人殘害的籍口。他們可以胡作非為，甚至每天每小時都在做犯法的事，政府和執法人員都視若無睹。這就是今時今日的香港。悲哀也！
2. 當我在網絡刊登”尋人啟事”，有人質疑其法律的有效性，認為必須刊登報紙。根據法律規定，尋人啟事是基於找尋失蹤人士而刊登，法律的要求是視乎是否盡自己所能去找尋失蹤人士。時代在改變，今時今日，有多少人會讀實體報紙，就算讀，大家都會忽略廣告。大部份人都讀網上新聞，就算刊登報紙廣告，網上新聞是沒有刊登出來的。所以我選擇在我5個社交媒體刊登”尋人啟事”，希望多的人看到。其中”Threads”媒體，刊登一小時，已經超過117人次檢視，Facebook 的人數計算被賤人所駭入而破壞，所以未能準確計算人數。相信大家仍記得，當我開始書寫反腦控文章時，等一個月已超過 500萬人”Like”，所以我相信刊登社交媒體更有效。報紙只刊登3天，而社交媒體可以刊登至找到人為止。是絕對有法律效力的。
3. 近日，家族中發生很多事，令我感到生命受到嚴重的威脅。故在此向全世界發出聲明，以全世界作為見證如下：

1. This Sunday (the 6th), I took someone suspected to be my father to the Western District Police Station to have his fingerprints taken. The police processed it using a scanning method, and we are currently awaiting their response.
We suspect my father is a clone, but whether he is a clone of himself or someone else is unknown. According to statistics, at least one-third of Hong Kong's population are being clones, replacing humans without their knowledge, even family members may not know. Ultimately, this all stems from the aftereffects of the pandemic and the government's large-scale collection of citizens' DNA. Therefore, fingerprint verification with the police and government is fraught with difficulties, with obvious collusion among officials. As a victim, I am truly innocent and helpless. We are the targets of the mind control gang, we must abide by the law in every step we take to avoid becoming their excuse for harming us. They can commit outrages, committing crimes every day and every hour, and the government and law enforcement turn a blind eye. This is Hong Kong today. How tragic!
2. When I posted a "missing person notice" online, some people questioned its legal validity, arguing that it should be published in a newspaper. According to the law, missing person notices are published to find missing persons, and the legal requirement is based on whether every effort has been made to find the missing person. Times have changed. Nowadays, how many people read physical newspapers? Even if they do, they tend to ignore the advertisements. Most people read online news, and even if a newspaper ad is published, it won't be published online. Therefore, I chose to post the "missing person notice" on my five social media platforms, hoping that more people would see it. On Threads, it received over 117 views within an hour. My Facebook headcount was compromised by hackers, so I couldn't accurately count the number. I believed everyone remembers that when I started writing against mind control articles, it had over 5 million "likes" within a month, so I believe posting on social media is more effective. Newspapers only publish for three days, while social media can continue until the person is found. It is absolutely legally binding.
3. Recently, many things have happened in my family, making me felt that my life is seriously threatened. Therefore, I hereby issue this statement to the world, with the world as my witness:
I, Choi Chiu Lai, ID No. Dxxxxx4(9), Unfortunately，if I being pass away one day, I would like to donate all of the HK$300 million (plus interest and investment return which earned from the 300 million) which held in trust by the Hong Kong Police to the Tsinghua University School of Law in Beijing, China, using for the fund for future against mind control lawsuits.
