1. 特首指令與我同名的女子，到人民入境事務處改為原名”蔡昭文”，但當事人以只聽令於腦控團伙大哥為由仍未行動。
2. 有自稱是鄧炳強哥哥的人士，強迫我借用家父加拿大身分供他潛逃加拿大被拒後，對我施用電子武器摧殘。
3. 有疑似明星吳振宇聲音的人士，強迫被電子武器摧殘的受害者到醫院捐血和捐腎，謂如此才能停止被迫害。
4. 由星期六(27日）晚上10時開始至星期二(30日)，變態控機賤人持續遙控電磁波武器攻擊我頭痛，晚間睡眠剥奪超過54小時。7月I日仍間歇性發出攻擊，我多次報警，但警方並未採取行動。
5. 劉華和其女兒劉孟恩訛稱租用我物業，並用假租約去打厘印被拒，因為物業本身已有租約。再之到取3萬元房屋津貼，上交 2萬，自己留1萬。我奇怪的是什麼人支付他們房屋津貼，而要求是租用我物業？為何支付房屋津貼給租客，但要電子武器攻擊業主，摧殘業主的精神健康？實令我百思不得其解。
6. 據說有三位姓鄧的人士到取受害者的頭痛錢而被警方拘捕，但72小時後因證據不足而釋放。令我奇怪的是，他們去取錢已是自證以殘害受害者為生，為何謂證據不足？他們宣稱是帮高官到取津貼，所以高官一定保他們。我又不明白，高官高薪厚職，管理香港安定繁榮為已任，為何會為小小錢而廢了自己的清譽？到底問題出在哪裡？

2. Someone claiming to be the brother of Tang Ping-keung forced me to use my father's Canadian identity so he could escape to Canada. After I refused, he subjected me to electronic weapon torture.
3. Someone with a voice resembling the movie star forced victims who under the electronic weapon torture to donate blood and kidneys at the hospital, claiming that this was the only way to stop the persecution.
4. 6. It is said that three men surname ”Tang" were arrested by the police for collecting money for torture victims, but were released after 72 hours due to insufficient evidence. What puzzles me is that they are collecting the money already proves themselves make a living by harming victims, that is self proved evidence. They claimed they were collecting allowances for high-ranking officials, so the officials would definitely protect them. well I don't understand why high-ranking officials, with their high salaries and important positions, who should consider maintaining Hong Kong's stability and prosperity as their responsibility, would they ruin their reputation for a small amount of money? What’s exactly the problem?
