1. 近年我的體重不斷增加，高度反而變矮。我知道體重的增加是因為變態控機賤人直接將超重的人同我併身體造成。而令我原來164厘米的高度變成154厘米是腦控機設定造成，高度的收縮直接間接令我腿部痠疼，腰骨痠疼。穿衣時衣不稱體。
故此定下懲罰性索償條款，每矮1厘米罰款每天港幣1千萬，即時生效。此懲罰性索償是合情合理合法，因所有腦控機的設定都有體高記錄，可由控機人隨意調整，主動權在控機方。我是被動，非我本人可改變的事實。
2. 近期因為搬新屋，原來住的屋苑正在放租放賣。於放租方面，在簽署租約時，我會加上以下條款：
"租客不得參與任何腦控犯罪活動，不得收受腦控集團來歷不明的黑金。否則業主有權即時終止合約，並沒收兩個月定金。"
此舉並非玩針對，我很想盡快租出，以增加自己的收入。奈何變態控機賤人賤招層出不窮，之前有租客收取腦控集團的津貼交租，而取津貼的條件是必須在腦控空間遙控電子武器害我頭痛。另一方面，擔心變態控機賤人租我屋存放腦控機做害人用途，所以有此特別條款，望有心租屋者見諒！其實此舉對業主同租客都是有利，有心租我屋者肯定是正人君子，因為租約規定，租客不會被迫做自已不愿意做的事情。
3. 我已到退休年齡，身邊自然也有很多將退休或已退休人士，在被腦控的情況下，退休生活該如何安排？特別是單身族。以我個人經驗，為避免被誤會在腦控空間竊聽，我每天早上6:30起床，安排自己早餐和清潔家居，完成後會出外購物或約朋友食飯，我會盡可能乘搭公共交通工具，八達通會有我出外的記錄，信用卡有購物的記錄，回家後上網有上網的記錄，此一切很重要，是我不參與腦控活動的證據，也是防範有心人陷害我的事實證明。記住日子有功，賤人自不然無機可乘。
