嚴正聲明-懲罰性索償(最後修改本）

 

經過長期腦控科技，電子生物武器摧殘， 特此向變態腦控集團提出懲罰性索償, 在此立下有法律約束力之條款:

 

1.    對因任何腦控機，腦控科技或某種科技在我認知範圍之外的電子生物武器所造成的任何身心傷害和疾病, 一切醫療費用(按醫院最高等級計)*由腦控空間本年度負責人和所有腦控機擁有者，所有控機人全數負責. 另加精神損失賠償（賠償金額按我之前提出的計算，詳細請參閱下列附件) 需知在法律上，精神折磨賠償額是不設上限。

2.  如因腦控機，腦控科技，或某種科技在我認知範圍之外的電子生物武器所造成的任何不治之症，殘疾或者人命死亡, 包括併5感殘疾, 本人或者直係親屬有權向腦控空間年度負責人提出懲罰性索償，所有腦控機擁有者，所有控機人和香港特區政府必須共同負責承擔賠償金. 賠償金額不低於一仟億美金.

腦控空間本週新聞(2024-12-21至2024-12-27）

 1. 近年我的體重不斷增加，高度反而變矮。我知道體重的增加是因為變態控機賤人直接將超重的人同我併身體造成。而令我原來164厘米的高度變成154厘米是腦控機設定造成，高度的收縮直接間接令我腿部痠疼，腰骨痠疼。穿衣時衣不稱體。

故此定下懲罰性索償條款，每矮1厘米罰款每天港幣1千萬，即時生效。此懲罰性索償是合情合理合法，因所有腦控機的設定都有體高記錄，可由控機人隨意調整，主動權在控機方。我是被動，非我本人可改變的事實。

2. 近期因為搬新屋，原來住的屋苑正在放租放賣。於放租方面，在簽署租約時，我會加上以下條款： 

"租客不得參與任何腦控犯罪活動，不得收受腦控集團來歷不明的黑金。否則業主有權即時終止合約，並沒收兩個月定金。"

此舉並非玩針對，我很想盡快租出，以增加自己的收入。奈何變態控機賤人賤招層出不窮，之前有租客收取腦控集團的津貼交租，而取津貼的條件是必須在腦控空間遙控電子武器害我頭痛。另一方面，擔心變態控機賤人租我屋存放腦控機做害人用途，所以有此特別條款，望有心租屋者見諒！其實此舉對業主同租客都是有利，有心租我屋者肯定是正人君子，因為租約規定，租客不會被迫做自已不愿意做的事情。

3. 我已到退休年齡，身邊自然也有很多將退休或已退休人士，在被腦控的情況下，退休生活該如何安排？特別是單身族。以我個人經驗，為避免被誤會在腦控空間竊聽，我每天早上6:30起床，安排自己早餐和清潔家居，完成後會出外購物或約朋友食飯，我會盡可能乘搭公共交通工具，八達通會有我出外的記錄，信用卡有購物的記錄，回家後上網有上網的記錄，此一切很重要，是我不參與腦控活動的證據，也是防範有心人陷害我的事實證明。記住日子有功，賤人自不然無機可乘。

Mind Control Space News this week (December 21 to 27, 2024)

1. Recently, my weight has been increasing and my height has became shorter. I known that the weight gain is due to directly mapping overweight people caused. The change in height from 164 cm to 154 cm was caused by the setting of the mind control supper computer, the shorter setting directly and indirectly caused pain in my legs and waist. on the other hand, my clothes did not fit my body always.

Therefore, the punitive claim clause was set, with a fine of HK$10 million per day for every 1 cm shorter, effective immediately. This punitive claim is reasonable and legal, because all the mind control machine have body height setting function in record and can be adjusting at will by the person who controls the machine. 2. Due to the recently, I moved to a new apartment,  I originally lived place is being posted for rent and sale. When it comes to leasing, I would add the following clauses when signing a lease document:

"The tenants are not allow to participate in any brain control criminal activities, and are not allow to accept dirty money from illegal sources from brain control groups. Otherwise, the owner has the right to terminate the contract immediately and confiscate the two months deposit."

This move is not about target and against someone. I really want to rent it out as soon as possible to increase my income. However, there are endless cheap tricks by metamorphosis mind controllers. In the past, a tenant received a housing bonus from a mind control group to paid me for rent, and under the condition was that the tenant had to involving in remotely control electronic weapons attacked me headache. On the other hand, I am worried about that the metamorphosis mind controllers will rent my apartment to store mind control machine for illegal purposes, so I have this special clause. I hope that those who are interested in renting my apartment will truly understand! In fact, this move is beneficial to both the landlord and the tenant. Anyone who intends to rent my apartment must be a good people, as the lease stipulates that the tenant will not be forced to do anything he or she does not want to do.

3. I have reached retirement age, of cause my most friend also too. the questions is how to arrange the retirement life when under mind controlled? Especially single one who always being electronic tortured after retirement. Based on my personal experience, in order to avoid being misunderstood as stalker and eavesdropper in the mind control space, I get up at 6:30 every morning, arrange my own breakfast and clean my home. After finishing, I will go shopping or meet friends for lunch. I will take public transportation as much as possible, the Octopus will have records of my outings, my credit card will have records of purchases, and also have records of the Internet after I get home. All of this is very important. there are evidences that I will not participate in brain control activities, and it is also proof of the fact that the metamorphosis mind controllers and perps unable to framed me up.
