據告知，一直同我併身體者姓名”蔡文儷”，已婚，有一子，人稱"麥太”，以前在首飾工場做打金師傅，據稱有人逼她改用我一樣的名。我現時的樣貌包括白內陣眼都是她所有。在此強烈要求控機人盡快還我原樣貌和我擁有的眼睛。
