 嚴正聲明-懲罰性索償(最後修改本）

 

經過長期腦控科技，電子生物武器摧殘， 特此向變態腦控集團提出懲罰性索償, 在此立下有法律約束力之條款:

 

1.    對因任何腦控機，腦控科技或某種科技在我認知範圍之外的電子生物武器所造成的任何身心傷害和疾病, 一切醫療費用(按私家醫院最高等級計)*由腦控空間本年度負責人和所有腦控機擁有者，所有控機人全數負責. 另加精神損失賠償（賠償金額按我之前提出的計算，詳細請參閱下列附件) 需知在法律上，精神折磨賠償額是不設上限。

2.  如因腦控機，腦控科技，或某種科技在我認知範圍之外的電子生物武器所造成的任何不治之症，殘疾或者人命死亡, 包括併5感殘疾, 本人或者直係親屬有權向腦控空間年度負責人提出懲罰性索償，所有腦控機擁有者，所有控機人和香港特區政府必須共同負責承擔賠償金. 賠償金額不低於一仟億美金.

每開腦音侵犯我私隱 罰款HK$100萬/每分鐘;

潛入虛假思維 罰款HK$100萬/每分鐘;

思維干擾 罰款HK$100萬/每分鐘；

6) 腦控(製作，間接或直接擁有, 使用我芯片或其它科技構成腦控) 罰款US$1000萬/每年(訂於2016年10月3日）

7) 深假，冒名頂替 (訂於2016年11月7日）

罰款100倍/每一次所得利益

8） 因腦控技術直接，間接造成的體重增加：

罰款1000萬美元/每增加1公斤

9) 因腦控技術直接，間接造成的樣貌改變：

罰款1千萬美元/每樣每天 （如果一天換不同樣貌，按每換一樣貌US$1 千萬計算。（訂於2023年03月08)

10) 任何人將他人或者生物以任何形式潛行於我家空間，每個生物或者影 像每天需賠償美元100萬。(詳細請參考"腦控空間本週新聞(2023年12月9 日至2023年12月15日")

11) 因腦控技術直接，間接造成的身高調控，每矮1厘米罰款每天港幣1千萬。（詳細請參考"腦控空間本週新聞(2024年12月21日至2024年12月27日"）

12）因被綁架或者非法禁錮，無論造成身心傷害的輕重，懲罰性索償是500億美元。如因此而造成殘疾或者死亡，按2021年3月25日訂立的賠償條款，另加1000億美元賠償。(詳細請參考"腦控空間本週新聞(2024年12月28日至2025年1月3日")

13）有日，如果我被害跌落任何陷阱(無論在任何國家，城市，區域)，腦控集團，策劃者，涉事者需負上所有法律責任，如在三天內被救，訂下懲罰性索償金額是500億美元，如超過三天或者三天，即視為死亡，懲罰性索償金額是1500億美元。即時生效。(詳細請參考"腦控空間本週新聞(2025年1月25日至2025年1月31日")

14）如在外遊期間因遭遇電子武器摧殘所造成的意外，懲罰性索償是每天100億港元，如因此造成的死亡，賠償金額是1000億美元。(詳細請參考"腦控空間本週新聞(2025年3月08日至2025年3月14日")

15）特此立下懲罰性索償條款，任何人以任何形式複製我，賠償金額是每個複製人賠償1000億美金，有見有複製人出現時，即是原生人死亡之時，所以訂下此賠償金額，以作防範與懲戒。強調複製和傷殘死亡的賠償是分開執行 (見"腦控空間本週新聞(2025-05-10至2025-05-16）第3項"）

16）特此再立下懲罰性索償條款，如我在任何情況下，有老人痴呆症，控機賤人和涉事人等需賠償我金額1000億美元，即時生效。需知，大腦是指揮全身，腦癱即等同死亡。詳細見：腦控空間本週新聞(2025-06-07至2025-06-13）

17)  任何人以威脅方式，索取由我或者家父以送贈方式給予家族成員，朋友，工作人員的禮物，紅包和金錢，需準備賠償所得利益的一百倍。詳細見：腦控空間本週新聞(2025-12-27至2026-01-02）

1. 賤人在我乘搭小巴時，遙控電子武器令我頭痛，頭暈和視力模糊，我強烈譴責他們，擔心萬一將我同司機併感覺，而造成交通意外。控機賤人回答，沒有收到任何交通意外報告。我無言，難道要等到有交通意外報告才肯罷休嗎？

2. 家父支持正能量，見家族成員因為被腦控而令收入大減，故經濟上做出資助，以免家族成員為經濟負擔而被賤人所利用。

誰知，變態控機賤人聲稱是他們腦控家父，助力家族成員得利，所以要瓜分家族成員的所得，甚至不惜遙控電子武器令家族成員在被迫無奈之下，支付賤人保護費。之後賤人用威逼所得，用於遙控電子武器令受害者頭痛，並聲稱僱用遙控電子武器之錢是來自家族成員，要家族成員負上所有法律責任。同時向外宣稱，家族成員沒有能力守護家族財產之餘，也不懂法律，家父對他們的支助是害人害物。此舉也令家父對家族成員的支助暫停。

因為以上原因，本人在此向控機賤人和腦控團伙提出有法律約束力的懲罰性索償條款，任何人用威迫手法，從我家族成員，朋友，工作人員處索取我們所贈送金錢和禮物，包括紅包，帛金，都必須作出支付懲罰性索償的準備，懲罰性索償條款是針對控機賤人和腦控團伙，他們如果向我家族成員，朋友，工作人員索取利益，而此利益是由我或者家父所支付，需賠償威逼所得利益的一百倍予法庭，當我向法庭提請，正式啟動索償的時候。此條款也適用於控機賤人腦控我或者我父親作出不合理的支付。敬請留意！

大家需知，家父的財產來自於白手起家，從不與腦控團伙妥協才創造出今天的財富。因為被賤人精神折磨而結束生意，家母被腦控至自殺。在此情況下，對自己善意所付出的支助被賤人所取，用於養活賤人再次殘害我們一家是痛心疾首！用於傷害無辜受害者更是於心不忍，所以望大家在付款賤人時，多顧已及人為盼！

Mind Control Space News this week (December 27, 2025 to Jan 2, 2026)

1. While I was riding a minibus, the metamorphosis mind controller used a remote control electronic weapon to causing me headaches, dizziness, and blurred vision. I asked the controller to free the above symptoms, worrying about that may mapping my feeling with driver, will causing a traffic accident. The metamorphosis mind controller replied that they had not received any traffic accident reports. I was speechless. Did they expect to wait for a traffic accident report before they would stop?

2. My father supports positive energy and, seeing that family members' income had drastically decreased due to under mind control, he provided financial assistance to prevent them from being using by the perps due to financial burdens.

However, these metamorphosis mind controller and perps claimed that they using mind controlled to my father, helping family members got financial assistant, therefore wanted to divide up their financial support by remote control electronic weapon to force family members to pay them money under duress. Afterwards, the perp used the money obtained through coercion to remotely control the electronic weapon to cause the microwave symptoms to victims, claiming that the money used to hire the controller remote controlled weapon came from my family members and that they should bear all legal responsibility. They also claimed that my family members were incapable of protecting family assets and ignorant of the law, and that my father's support for them was harmful and detrimental. This action also led to the suspension of my father's financial support for family members.

For the above reasons, I hereby propose a legally binding punitive compensation clause against the mind controllers and mind control group. Anyone who uses coercion to extort money or gifts (including lucky money and condolence money) from my family members, friends, or staffs must be prepared to pay punitive payment. This punitive payment clause targets the manipulative controllers and mind control group. If they extort benefits from my family members, friends, or staffs, and these benefits were paid by me or my father, they must pay the punitive payment to the court with one hundred times the amount of the extorted benefits. It will taking effective when filing a formal claim in court. This clause also applies to unreasonable payments made by my father and me while under mind manipulation.

Everyone should know that my father is a self-made millionaire, the wealth we have today is built on our refusal to compromise with mind control groups. His business was forced to close due to the mental torture, and my mother was driven to suicide by mind control. Under these circumstances, it is heartbreaking that the support he gave out of goodwill was taken by these perps to support them to harming our family again! moreover unbearable to using his money to harm innocent victims, so I hope everyone will consider others' feelings when paying the protection fee to the perps!
